AACCESSIBILITY FOR GUESTS WITH DISABILITIES
Our stadiums and arenas are designed to meet all structural and service requirements of the Americans with Disabilities Act. Dartmouth Athletics takes pride in continually improving stadium accessibility. It is our goal to make sure all Guests can enjoy Big Green athletics in a safe and comfortable environment. Guests with disabilities may make requests for reasonable modifications of policies, practices and procedures, or for auxiliary aids and services, which will be considered on a case-by-case basis. ALUMNI
Alumni seating is available by class for Homecoming football only. Alumns can reserve tickets online or by calling the Athletics Ticket office. Tickets cannot be reserved on game day. It is recommended that requests be made at least 2 weeks in advance in order to secure specified seating locations with classmates. Please visit tickets.dartmouth.edu to find more information regarding class locations for football. Guests can also call (603) 646-2466 to make reservations.
ANIMALS
We ask that you please leave your favorite furry friend at home. Unless, of course, they are a registered service animal helping you with a disability. Service animals or service animals-in-training for a Guest with disabilities are welcome with the proper paperwork
ALOCHOL POLICIES
Guests who consume alcohol are expected to do so in a responsible manner and abide by these guidelines:
BABY CHANGING AREAS
As a convenience to our Guests with small children, baby-changing tables are located in many restrooms throughout our facilities.
BAG POLICY
While bags are allowed in our venues, all bags are subject to search. Please note that the item may not be held for storage or pickup.
BANNERS & SIGNS
Banners and signs are permitted in Dartmouth venues provided they do not obstruct the view of other guests. They must be less than three feet in height, sport related, in good taste and not commercial or political in nature. Dartmouth Athletics has the right to remove any banner or sign. Signs may not contain or be made of any item that could cause damage or harm, including but not limited to wood, glass, hard plastic, wire, lights, etc.
BOTTLES, CANS & OUTSIDE BEVERAGES
Our weekday office is located in Alumni Gym Room 164. We will open Box Offices at all ticketed events one (1) hour before game time.
BROADCASTS
Video streams of select sports will be available on ESPN+ with a subscription to the service. Audio streams of football, basketball and hockey contests will also be available free of charge, through the official website of Dartmouth Athletics, dartmouthsports.com. Visit the schedule page of your favorite sport to access direct links to the various broadcasts.
CCAMERAS & VIDEO RECORDING DEVICES
Personal photography and video are permitted in our venues provided the images are for personal use only. Photographic support tools that may interfere with the enjoyment of the game for others (such as tripods, detachable telephoto lenses, and selfie sticks) are not permitted in our venues.
CHILDREN
Children who are two years of age and under do not require a ticket to attend a game provided they sit on the lap of an accompanying adult.
CONCESSION STANDS
Guests are not permitted to bring outside food into Dartmouth venues. Dartmouth Dining Services and other local establishments provide concessions at most of our home contests. Options include gameday favorites like hot dogs, hamburgers, pretzels and more. Beverage options include coffee, soda, water, gatorade, etc.
DEROGATORY LANGUAGE POLICY
Dartmouth Athletics strongly condemn the use of offensive language concerning another person's race, ethnicity, color, gender, religion, creed, disability, age, sexual orientation, gender identity/expression, or national origin and will not tolerate the use of such language by Guests at our venues. To ensure a safe, clean, and friendly environment is maintained, Dartmouth Athletics will promptly address derogatory language incidents in the following ways:
RESPONSE: Guests can utilize the ticket office to report the use of derogatory language or may do so by notifying any Dartmouth Athletics Team Member nearby.
DISCIPLINE AND PENALTIES:ELEVATORS
Dartmouth Athletics has teamed up with GMCS to provide unarmed, physical security solutions. GMCS, along with Dartmouth Ticketing and Facility Team Members have a wealth of experience and are highly trained in emergency preparedness including the appropriate ways to evacuate Guests. Should an emergency evacuation occur, emergency information would be displayed on the video board or announced over the loudspeakers, and announced on the assistive listening devices and public address system .
EXIT AND RE-ENTRY
Guests are permitted to exit and re-enter our venues. Please notify a gate attendant that you plan to return as each venue has different re-entry procedures. In some venues re-entry may only be permitted at one designated door.

FIRST AID
Guests should locate the nearest Dartmouth Athletics Team Member, Safety & Security Officer or Law Enforcement officer to get immediate assistance regarding any medical needs.
GATE TIMES
All gates open one (1) hour prior to the start of most games. For all ticketed events, the gate open time will be listed on your ticket.
GROUP EXPERIENCES
Dartmouth Athletics is pleased to offer and help coordinate group outings. Groups can enjoy exclusive discounts and unique gameday experiences including the High-Five Tunnel, High-Five Club, Halftime Mini-Games, Intermission Shootouts and more. HEALTH & SAFETY
Dartmouth is committed to the safety of our fans. We will follow all state and local guidance to keep our visitors, staff, and players healthy and safe.
LOST & FOUND - ITEMS / GUESTS
Guests who misplace an item or become separated from their party, please proceed to the nearest ticket office for assistance. After a game, Guests can call (603) 646-4000 to reach Safety and Security.
MERCHANDISE
Merchandise is available for purchase online and in person at the Dartmouth Coop on Main Street in Hanover.
PARKING AND TRANSPORTATION
Game day parking is located at the Thompson Arena Parking Lot. There is a fee to park at this location for football games only. Parking is not available for advance purchase.
Additional parking is available at Dewey Lot (Medical School Parking Lot) where fans can take advantage of free parking and shuttle services before, during, and after all Football, Men's Hockey and Basketball games. The shuttle runs beginning two hours before the game and one hour past expected game end times.

SKY BOX
Our popular Sky Box is available for kid groups of up to fifteen for our home basketball games. The aerial views are considered the best seats in the house and can be enjoyed with free food and drink. Please contact the Sales Office at athletics.sales@dartmouth.edu for more information.
STORAGE
Dartmouth does not offer storage and does not check coats or personal items. Dartmouth has no liability for any lost or stolen items.

TICKETS
Dartmouth has moved to a digital ticket model. Mobile ticketing helps reduce opportunities for fan-to-staff cross contamination and helps speed entry through the gates, so fans spend less time in lines. TICKET OFFICE HOURS
The main ticket office is located on the southeast side of campus in the Alumni Gym, Room 164, and is open 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Friday (hours subject to change with little or no notice). Please note that all other ticket offices open one (1) hour prior to the start of each event and close at the start of the second half or beginning of the third period.

FOOTBALL: The Ticket Trailer is our satellite location for football events and is located at Gate 4, the main entrance to Memorial Stadium. In most cases the trailer will open one hour prior to the start of a game.

WI-FI
Dartmouth College offers free public Wi-Fi for guests on campus which can be hard to reach when crowds are large. It is recommended that Guests download their digital tickets or add them to their mobile wallet prior to arriving at the game for timely entry.
